With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, I am passionate about helping both athletes and everyday people reach their full potential. Whether you’re an elite athlete, or someone just starting your fitness journey, I believe everyone deserves to train with purpose and achieve their goals.

Having worked with athletes from elementary school to the professional level, I’ve seen firsthand how dedicated strength and conditioning programs can elevate performance, regardless of sport or skill level. As a former high level baseball player and wrestler, I understand the physical and mental demands that come with sports, and I carry that experience into all of my coaching.

But it’s not just about athletes. I also specialize in personal and small group training for people from all walks of life. Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, get stronger, or simply feel better, my training approach is tailored to meet you where you are and take you to the next level. I blend strength, mobility, and functional fitness to build well-rounded, resilient individuals—no matter your goals.

Through my team and group training, I bring together people from all backgrounds, creating a supportive community that thrives on growth, accountability, and mutual encouragement. My goal is simple: to foster a fitness family of motivated, disciplined individuals who inspire each other to be better every day.

Jennifer Kurucz

For Coach Jenn, fitness is about more than workouts—it’s about helping people unlock strength, confidence, and energy they can carry into every part of life. She’s guided clients through a wide variety of journeys, from regaining strength in cardiac rehab to achieving weight loss goals to finding joy in simply moving and feeling better every day. Her approach is grounded in creating a safe, welcoming space where clients feel supported as they build strength, improve mobility, and develop healthy habits that last. She believes fitness should be empowering, not intimidating—and that everyone has the ability to grow stronger in both body and mind. Jennifer is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Weight Loss Specialist, NASM Golf Fitness Specialist, and Titleist Performance Institute Level 1 Certified. While she works with people of all backgrounds, her love for golf has also inspired her to specialize in training golfers to move better, build power, and play their best game.
